Delorme PN 40/Xmap way points to Autocadd

sopotnick 0 Points
I just purchased the PN 40 and the Xmap professional software. I picked up a series of waypoints in the field, these have been downloaded to the Xmap software and I now need to download these from the Xmap software to an autocadd drawing (Autocadd 2005). Is anyone doing this and can you give me some guidance on how to make this work. Thanks

I don't use Autocadd... but what formats can it import?

    Autocadd uses .dwg files.

It can import jpegs, bitmaps, etc. I am not sure what else....

How about .dxf files? I am not familiar with Xmap, but other GIS applications like Global Mapper can output vector data as .dxf files which AutoCAD can import.
