I've come real close to putting the BB version on my 8330. At least once a month I'm not sure where it is. Work, in the truck, somewhere at the house. Might be worth it even if you're not worried about it being stolen, simply misplaced. Sometimes there's a free version of some of these "locator" apps that come with advertising. Saw one for the BB, imagine Apple has something similar. Or is the Apple app free anyway?

The Apple thing is included with their "Mobile Me" service. The service primarily provides desktop services (i.e. not iPhone related) like email, photo sharing, simple web hosting, online storage space, etc. It is $99/year. It also includes push email, push calendars, etc for iPhone owners.

Cool! I just took a read on the service. Not cheap, but looks pretty useful for those that need it.
