Always Busy [Lowrance]

Anyone else having impossible time getting through to support for GPS at Lowrance?

Full day of calling with nothing but busy signal?

You would think they would have some better system to advise hold time, tech difficulties, etc.

Any input appreciated.

    this is a company teetering on the edge of collapse in terms of consumer value of their brand. Sad to see as I have been a longtime Lowrance owner, of which I wonder if I can trust them to buy another product. I visit a lot of marine forums and have seen a huge increase in terrible support complaints. Now almost all of their new products appear to be dying prematurely. Their new handheld GPS unit has missed about 4 delivery dates with no end in site.
