In February of this year I purchased a Navigon Freshmaps subscription
for $50.24 from Amazon. Since I only got 1 of the promised 12 updates
may I get a refund. Your company still exists in Germany. You have the
money. This is the same as theft if you don't supply the product I paid
for.

  • I've been getting that same email for a few months now from several different reps.
  • I think that they type any name they can come up with. I would not be surprised if Navigon hired high school kids in India, for $1 a day, as customer reps. They do nothing just responding to emails in the same BS fashion.

  • Its also interesting to note that it took them a month to respond to my initial e-mail.
