MAGELLAN 3500t Voice Commands

I was wondering if the voice on this unit tells you to turn on a specific street name or if they tell you to turn in so many feet. My dad has trouble seeing street signs, so I thought that if the unit said to turn is 300 ft that would be better than an actual street name. Thank you

I assume you are talking about either the 3050T or the 3000T (there isn't a 3500T).

The feature you are talking about is called "text to speech", Magellan calls it "SayWhere". That feature is not on either of those devices.
