I'm not able to connect my triton 500 to my PC. Screen states "waiting to connect". Sometimes it will connect for a second and then return to waiting. Not sure if I have a driver problem or what. I recently downloaded Nat'l Geo TOPO and I'm not able to connect to upload any trail data. Could it be a driver update? Someone mentioned going to Device Manager and uninstall any greyed entries. Both under Magellan are grey but I didn't uninstall.
