VR for Address Search

Just purchased the tn765 VR works great for voice commands call contact etc... but VR for address search does not understand a word I say to it has anybody had this problem, trying to decide if the GPS is bad or not. Thanks for any help

The VR will work for entering addresses, however, one has to speak very slowly, with no ambient noise in the backround. It might take a couple of tries to get the hang of it, but it will work......
