2100Max Traffic stop working?

Using 2011 Q2 maps discovered No traffic alerts as I was sitting in traffic.
I live in NVA around Wash DC and get plenty of traffic.

I Notice I get the road work is still showing up, but that looks the same all the time.

Went back to 2011 Q1 and same results

This has been a issuse for a long time. Its a bad dll file. the file is TmcHall.dll I replace the file from a backup i had and then traffic worked again. If you update your maps from fresh it replaces that dll each time with the bad dll.
