"Address" selection does not appear when I cancel

When I cancel a route and go to the "Navigate To" page, the "Address" selection is frequently greyed out and therefore not available.

There are other times when this happens also, but this time I stopped and retraced my steps and seems to be a repeatable situation, but to make it frustrating is that it doesn't always do this.

What am I dong wrong or is this a "feature"?

    Do you have a gps fix at the time? What is the application you have? The map version?

    I have the GPS fix at the time and the map version is usa canada mex v890.4221

    For some reason I am not getting replies to my posts.

    And if you reset the unit by holding the power button about 15 seconds till the drum sounds? Does it happen after doin that?

    I can't replicate the problem with my Nav3 devices here. You may wish to call CS at 866-486-6866.

    I just got another update so I'll use it for a bit and see if it is still doing it.
