How to get GPS coordinates offline?

Hi
I'm using Navigon GPS in Android phone. But address search seem not working in some city in Canada. There are very few records. There is no address I want to go. However, it work fine if I enter coordinates.
My question is:
Is there any apps that I can use to get coordinates by entering destination address without using phone data?
