Very bad error, can't fix it in their site

I traveled a couple of thousand miles the last week. Beginning somewhere in Pennsylvania Navigon gave me directions that were 180 degrees reversed...

Example: in Pennsylvania I was instructed to take I-80 East to Chicago... it's west. This continued for, literally, half of United States.

I knew where I was going and realized what the problem was but someone going to unfamiliar locations could very easily find themselves sitting on the highway blocking traffic trying to guess what Navigon was telling them to do, a very unsafe situation.

How do I get through to the company?? This needs to be fixed.

I'm using the iOS App.
