Revised French speed limits

I know that French speed limits on non-motorway roads ave been reduced. Does anyone know if the CD Europe NTU 2019.10 reflects these changes or do we need to be extra vigilant and eagerly await the next map update?

    They are included, I've just returned from a week in France.

    Thanks for that info. A friend has just returned from France and he said that in his opinion many of the locals did not bother to observe the new limits.
