Zumo 390/396 track differences?

Hi

Looking into upgrading my zumo 390 to a 396. Have seen that Garmin moves from Basecamp to a web based system. I have som features that the 396 still must support for my upgrade:

1) Making routes on Basecamp and upload to the 396?
2) The option to enable several tracks at the same time (made in Basecamp) and see them on the map when navigating a route?

btw. anyone knows if it's the time for Garmin to publish a 596? ;-)

Thanks in advance!

br Lars

BaseCamp will still support devices for many years, can't help with your other queries though.

I guess it depends on your definition of "support". The most recent update to the Windows version of Basecamp was almost a year ago, and major bugs have still not been corrected. But the ability to send tracks and routes still works, AFAIK.
