Magellan Trailblazer external power source cable pin-out

Hello Everyone,
I recently acquired a vintage Magellan Trailblazer and would like to power it using external power source. Can you provide me the pinout (red/black cables especially) as which pins they power? I took it apart and tried measuring resistance or input form the batteries but that didn't give me comfort I would not fry the unit by making an error thus this posting:

Let us call top pin PIN 1 and bottom pin PIN 6; which two pins do I need to put (-) and (+) DC voltage to to get it to work using external power source. If you have a cable for sale let me know as well.

This might help you. Most of it's pages are on the .ru domain. Some don't like that, but I find a lot of useful pinouts and info on it.

Not certain if your Trailblazer is one of those models, but if you see the same type connector on any of the other Magellan devices, the pinout is likely the same.

Thanks, I will try it out to see if I leave it ON for more than 30 or 40 min it will lock into some satellites. The protocol change is what I am worried about.
