I was at costco the other day and the megmillian kept track of millage for you and it seemed really cool .... Can the Tom Tom do the same?

I travel a lot and seeing info on milliage today, average speed, ETC would be cool.

Also would the unit with internal memory be better then one with the card only?

No, the TomTom does not have that function. If I had a choice I would probably go for the TomTom ONE with the maps in the internal memory rather than the SD card, but I wouldn't go out of my way to look for one with that setup.

I don't have a TomTom One (I have a Go 510, but I believe all TomToms work the same).
    My TomTom displays these:
    - Distance of next turn (with an arrow) so you can preprare to change lane
    - Distance of remaining km (or miles) to the desination
    - Estimate time of arrival
    - Current time
    - Speed of vehicle
If that is not sufficient then you can add a plugin named TriPMaster (free), but I heard that TomTom would withdraw support for SDK reggistry redering these 3rd party software useless in the future.
