Battery Charge

I just received a TT1. TT suggests that for best results to initially charge the battery for 2 hours but does not explain how to do this. Does the USB cord connected to my computer charge the battery or does the TT have to be connected to the DC outlet in my car? I did connect the TT to my USB port and the green light is on but is it getting a proper charge? Any other advice for a newbie would be welcome.

You've got it right. The green light means it is charging. Once caveat though is that it takes longer to charge via USB (4 hours) than it does in the car. Also it will take even longer to charge (more than 4 via USB and more than 2 in the car) if the ONE is turned on.
