navigation on laptop + bluetooth GPS

I hava a macbook (with installed Garmin BaseCamp and RouteBuddy) and am thinking of buying http://www.royaltek.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=146&Itemid=235 this GPS logger.

Will it work, will I get realtime navigation on my laptop?

Is BaseCamp compatible with non-Garmin devices?

    Hi,

    RouteBuddy works with many GPS devices but we haven't tested this one.

    I can say though that RouteBuddy does work fully with the DG-100 data logger from www.usglobalsat.com.
