GPS on Dapeng A7 cellphone

How can i energize the GPS on Dapeng A7 cellphone? It seems to be dead not only in the A7 model but also in A8500. Is anybody resolve this issue?

    I've tryed to make root because when I recieved the phone when the wifi disconnects you can't recieve and send more calls. I tryied to unistall stock chinese software with root but if fails. You have to reboot the phone. What I can do?
