I am just wondering which one is better ? Garmin streetpilot c340 or tom tom one ??

What are the main differences in their features,reception and their any special quality ?

as per this, garmin seems to be better....is that correct ?

by the way which one people prefer the most ?

The advantage of the c340 is that it has text to speech and a longer battery life. The advantage of the ONE is that it has a more sensitive chipset, and is a much smaller size device despite having the same size screen.

Between those two, also remember that the C340 has an older chipset. Slower to acquire satellites, probably slower in general. Yes it does have text to speech, but it's a lot more bulkier as well...maybe the Garmin 350 would be a better comparison to the TT1...and also look at the TT1 XL-S is another one to look for.
