What I found interesting about it was this, my emphasis:

Quote:
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all outsourced call center operations supporting Magellan Customers in North and South America .

Tim,

I don't see that, are we reading the same ad? What I do see is the individual must be :
"Familiar with management of off-shore (Tier 1 & 2) and US-based (Tier 3) call center operation"

So the trick is to figure out how to get to tier 3 (if it exists).

There also looking for mobile testers. You could get paid to drive around and test their new GPS units.

I'm not sure you could pay me enough if the job involved dealing with "support" whenever testing showed up a problem. I'd rather have Norm Peterson's job as taster for a brewery. At the end of the week when they tried to hand him a paycheck he said "No....no.... I couldn't."
