I have a few streets that have long or more then one name (what can I tell ya it's Vegas) I can barely make out what it's saying. I live on Grand Teton Dr. All I hear the G and then Teton. And it says it so quickly, which doesn't help either.

The TomTom TTS voices are generally considered better quality than most other brands. With that said they are not as clear as the recorded voices and many people will pick to use the non-TTS voices because they are more clear.

I just feel I have to use TTS because If I don't I'd spent an extra $50 I didn't have to. I'd love to have John Clease.

I was looking on HOME this morning and there are now about 650 voices you can download by my rough count. Obviously many of them are user contributed voices.
