I submitted a couple of questions to Magellan Tech Support a few weeks ago and never got a response. So last week I forwarded the questions to Mr. Finelli and Mr. Vuong, still heard nothing. So I decided to write a little note on the customer satisfaction form on their web site, explaining how unresponsive their customer support was. Here is what came back today, about five days after I submitted it:

In the past I had great customer service from Magellan. When I sent my sportrak in because their were pressure cracks forming around the screws because they were overtightened, I got it back fast and a free windshield mount and protective case for my trouble. Now I wonder if anybody is home?
