Don't know how the rest of the owners do this, but you can browse map in simulation mode, find the favorite in 2D, set location, back, then touch your vehicle icon. Brings up where am I screen which includes coordinates. May be an easier way, but this works for me.

The first step is the most important...don't skip it.

1. From the Where to? screen, press Tools/Settings/System and turn GPS Simulator "on". Back out to the Where to? screen (press & hold Back for a shortcut to the Where to? screen).

2. To see the coordinates of a favorite, press Where to?/Favorites then find your favorite and press on it. The favorite info screen will pop up with Back, Show Map and Edit along the bottom...press Show Map.

3. From the next screen, press Set Loc. This sets your current location to the location of the favorite that you chose. Now, Back out to the Where to? screen.

4. From the Where to? screen, press Tools, then Where Am I? Your current location (which is now the location of the favorite that you chose) will be displayed.

I guess you did explain it a bit more clearly than I did. Feeling lazy Wink

You can skip step 4 tho by just touching your vehicle icon.

Actually, that would require you to hit the Map key first, because after step 3 above, you are still on the Where To? screen. So either way is 2 button presses. I think SergZak's method is easier because I sometimes have trouble hitting the small car icon. The Where Am I button is a nice big button!
